1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "you," or "your") and 25jl ("we," "us," or "the platform") governing your access to and use of the 25jl online gaming platform accessible at 25jl.vu.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing any bet on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. 25jl reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Providing false information in relation to eligibility may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds held in the account.

3 Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each individual may hold only one account on the 25jl platform. Registering multiple accounts is prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same person, 25jl may suspend all associated accounts and review any balances held within them.

During registration and as part of ongoing identity verification (KYC), you may be required to provide the following:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g. Philippine passport, driver's licence, or national ID).
• Proof of address (e.g. utility bill, bank statement) dated within the last three months.
• Additional documentation as requested to satisfy anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 25jl platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Supported deposit and withdrawal channels include Philippine bank transfers, GCash, Maya, and other local e-wallet services available to Philippine residents. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method or account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

Bets placed on live casino games, slots, sports events, and other markets are final once confirmed. In the event of a technical error or system failure affecting a game round or bet settlement, 25jl reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to member accounts.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the closure is at your request and your account is in good standing, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 25jl's liability to any member in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the value of funds held in that member's account at the time of the relevant claim. 25jl is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from platform use, including loss of expected winnings, data, or business opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms limits 25jl's liability for matters that cannot be excluded under Philippine law, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12 Changes to These Terms

25jl may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, members will be notified through the platform or by the contact details associated with their account. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Continued use of the 25jl platform after changes to these Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, please stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
